As part of HDR, Inc. Global Technology Group's IT Asset Management department, the IT Asset Administrator I will ensure proper management of assets throughout the IT Asset Lifecycle.

In the role of IT Administrator I, we'll count on you to: 
•Own monthly cost allocation of Enterprise software products, Azure, telecom, etc.
•Maintain accurate inventories of tracked assets (hardware, software, etc.) 
•Create custom reports for specific internal projects as required 
•Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an open and timely manner, providing all needed information and support 
•Work with internal audit team to provide audit support as needed 
•Work with the procurement teams as needed to ensure orders are processed accordingly 
•Complete requests for IT assets in ServiceNow 
•Contribute to creation of team documentation 
•Participate in group coordination and project planning calls 
•Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently to meet business needs 
•Demonstrate professionalism in every aspect of work performance including a positive, enthusiastic attitude 
•Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications 
•Experience in large corporate environment 
•Familiar with ServiceNow or other similar asset management databases 
•General IT knowledge of major hardware and software providers and products 
•ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification 


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technical area, or the relevant combination of education and relevant experience
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner when providing support for customer problem resolution
  • Self-starter able to perform assigned administration tasks with minimal supervision
  • Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
