A Typical Day:

The IT Internal Auditor is responsible for understanding and evaluating technology risk assessments, audit execution, and client relationship management. As the Internal Auditor, you will identify and evaluate the risks and controls over systems development, change management, vendor management, information security, disaster recovery and infrastructure management.

 

The IT Internal Auditor will:

 

  • Perform internal audits and other audit projects, under the supervision of Lead Auditor or Audit Manager, utilizing information technology control frameworks
  • Work with business managers to administer ad hoc audits in accordance with company priorities
  • Monitor, test and report on new application development
  • Interface with external auditors and regulators when required
  • Assist auditors in the build out of audit automation tools
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Familiar with ACL or similar audit software tools
  • Have technical savvy to research broad set of technology issues
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. 

 

Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 Work Model: OFFICE
