About this role
Job Description
This candidate will be responsible for working with Information Technology and the business areas within Dollar Bank to ensure their needs are understood and delivered, while also ensuring that the needs align with the overall Information Technology strategy. The successful candidate will develop the business and technology requirements (functional and non-functional), Use Cases and required artifacts for projects from initiation through implementation and provide consistent communication with the stakeholders to make sure requirements are being delivered. Candidate will also follow the adopted change management protocol and adhere to project management processes to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in information technology or related field. Will consider commensurate experience in lieu of education.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a business/requirements analyst role gathering, documenting, publishing and validating requirements for services and stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working on simultaneous projects large in size and scope.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience in an IT environment.
Formal Business Requirements training and/or certification.
Principal Activities and Duties:
Interview Subject Matter Experts/Stakeholders to extract the current process, anticipated future state process, define and negotiate requirements, review strategy and ensure it aligns with enterprises strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
Coordinate and facilitate project requirement meetings.
Maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and present solutions and/or options to the project manager and executive management.
Mentor other Requirements Analysts.
Monitor effectiveness of project management processes and methodologies; recommend improvements as necessary.
Educate Business Personnel on the importance of requirements when working on a project
Lead Data Field mapping as needed between applications
Complete Weekly Status Reports and Timesheets on time
Follow approved sign-off process on Requirements
