We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop AI agents and integrate them into full-stack applications while collaborating closely with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about artificial intelligence, user experience, and building high-quality, scalable software solutions in an agile environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and integrate AI agents into full-stack applications.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of applications, including design collaboration using tools such as Figma.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and designers to create high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces.
- Translate business and technical requirements into well-written technical user stories.
- Convert user stories into elegant, performant, and highly usable user interfaces.
- Contribute to, evolve, and maintain development standards, best practices, and release documentation.
- Provide accurate task and story estimates and deliver regular status updates.
- Test deliverables against defined acceptance criteria to ensure quality and functionality.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles.

Job Requirements, Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field is required.
- 1–2 years of experience in software development or AI-related fields. Hands-on experience through internships, personal projects, or research is highly valuedFoundational experience in AI/ML concepts and building or integrating AI-driven solutions.
- Experience with full-stack development (frontend and backend technologies).
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX design collaboration workflows.
- Ability to write clear technical user stories and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to performance and usability.
- Understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Comfortable communicating with non-technical stakeholders and highly technical development teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with rapid iteration cycles
- This is a hybrid role with dedicated in office days.
