The Junior Business Analyst role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn, with opportunities to grow in responsibility and technical expertise over time. The salary range for this position is $55,000–$75,000 annually. The Junior Business Analyst role can be remote-based anywhere in the U.S., and operates as part of a franchise support team located in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Become the subject matter expert on all software applications utilized
Learn about all vendor relations to support the integration of various systems
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with various departments to implement and maintain relevant systems by drilling down on the specific operational needs
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
Assist in monitoring the impact of delivered solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
Assist in evaluating and existing technology solutions that can improve efficiency, data management, and client care.
Collaborate as needed with other departments in troubleshooting and testing technology systems
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Help analyze customer experience and determine the appropriate strategies and adjustments to improve
Attend scheduled virtual and in-person meetings, SYNERGY HomeCare University training, and our Annual Franchise Convention.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Familiarity with AxisCare, FranConnect, or Domo is a plus.
Proficiency in G-Suite (Including Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar & Drive)

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business analysis, operations, or systems support.
Experience documenting processes, gathering basic requirements, or supporting system implementations is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
