The Junior Business Analyst role will receive guidance and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience with business processes, system functionality, and stakeholder collaboration. The Junior Business Analyst role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn, with opportunities to grow in responsibility and technical expertise over time. The salary range for this position is $55,000–$75,000 annually. The Junior Business Analyst role can be remote-based anywhere in the U.S., and operates as part of a franchise support team located in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Become the subject matter expert on all software applications utilized

  • Learn about all vendor relations to support the integration of various systems

  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with various departments to implement and maintain relevant systems by drilling down on the specific operational needs 

  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.

  • Assist in monitoring the impact of delivered solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements.

  • Assist in evaluating and existing technology solutions that can improve efficiency, data management, and client care.

  • Collaborate as needed with other departments in troubleshooting and testing technology systems

  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Help analyze customer experience and determine the appropriate strategies and adjustments to improve

  • Attend scheduled virtual and in-person meetings, SYNERGY HomeCare University training, and our Annual Franchise Convention.


Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Familiarity with AxisCare, FranConnect, or Domo is a plus.

  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Including Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar & Drive)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business analysis, operations, or systems support.

  • Experience documenting processes, gathering basic requirements, or supporting system implementations is a plus.


Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
