Pay: $40/hour

Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis Support: Analyze income, operating expenses, and cost drivers across base and variable spend categories; identify trends and variances
- Forecasting & Modeling: Assist in developing and maintaining financial models for base operations and variable/project-driven expenses
- Budget Tracking & Variance Analysis: Support monthly tracking of actuals vs. forecast; highlight risks, anomalies, and cost drivers
- Reporting & Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI) to provide visibility into financial performance and KPIs
- Data Consolidation: Collect and organize financial data from multiple sources (operations, vendors, procurement, finance systems)
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with TechOps, procurement, and finance teams to validate assumptions and improve data accuracy
- Presentation Support: Assist in preparing summaries and visuals for leadership reporting
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (2nd year preferred)
- Strong interest in financial analysis, operations, or corporate finance
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage structured data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or budgeting (coursework or internship)
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Understanding of cost structures (fixed vs. variable, operational vs. project spend)
- Experience working with large datasets or multiple data sources
- Interest in facilities, manufacturing, or TechOps environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $35–$40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- $3k per month housing / living Expense Support provided during assignment
- One round-trip flight home per month
Success Metrics
- Accuracy and timeliness of financial analysis and reporting
- Quality and usability of dashboards and reporting outputs
- Forecast accuracy for base and variable expense models
- Identification of cost drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Clear and consistent communication of financial insights
