Our Marketing Division is a growing staff of professionals responsible for managing and executing our marketing plans through Retail, Event and Field Marketing, lead generation, and maximizing our efforts and returns on investment.

This position is also designed to give entry level candidates exposure to many levels of corporate leaders and divisions, and a pathway to promotion into other areas of the company.

The Junior Marketing Manager is a vital tier in our professional development program, responsible for standards of personal business development, and for managing the following aspects of our Business Development and Retail Sales staff:

  • Assisting the VP of Events with special projects
  • Management of a team of 5-6 Marketing Representatives
  • Management of 4 retail locations
  • Running daily meetings
  • Creating and making presentations
  • Fleet reporting, safety and reducing company liability
  • Setting departmental and individual goals and making sure they’re met
  • Very heavy scheduling responsibilities for our Retail Marketing staff
  • Management of travel logistics
  • Assisting in the planning of new retail outlets – Locations, set up, staffing and maintenance
  • Weekly payroll reporting and management
