With Vituity, if you ever need to move, you can take your job with you.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:#000000;%22%3E%3Cstrong%3EThe Opportunity%3C/strong%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EPartner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to ensure all 411 facility sheets are up to date and available to update job postings.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist Senior Medical Recruiter with opening requisitions for new sites.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist Senior Medical Recruiter with going through site rosters of Acquihires to determine if providers are eligible for rehire and what their hire type should be when hired.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEducate the Advance Provider Acquihires about Vituity and our benefits plans.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist Senior Medical Recruiter with screening candidates and reference checks, as needed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist Senior Medical Recruiters in sending out the application link and extending offers to Acquihires.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EConduct preliminary screening of prospects (Physician and Advanced Providers).%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with the follow-up on leads via phone, email, or text in a timely matter.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EIdentify, research, and source contacts to conduct cold calls through.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvide site and other relevant information on open positions to candidates and provide prospects with an overview of Vituity, as needed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EScreen candidates and work with Senior Medical Recruiter to present them to Hiring Manager.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EComplete placements and add sites moving candidates forward to onboarding.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with proactive follow up on onboarding timelines and help push candidates when needed on completion of paperwork.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESend and complete reference checks for new providers through DocuSign. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMaintain and update the candidate records in Taleo and Phenom.
