- Attend Job Fairs as needed
- Own background checks
- Ensure no strong candidate gets lost

- Help reduce agency reliance and strengthen our internal teams

If you have 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or high-volume, this could be your launchpad.
Healthcare or nonprofit experience is helpful — but energy, professionalism, and team spirit matter most.
