Junior Recruiter

Prescient Edge is seeking to hire a Junior Recruiter for our growing team! We are looking for a self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills, a competitive nature, and an energizing personality. As a Junior Recruiter, you will:

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
• Contact active and passive candidates as well as interview interested candidates
• Send recruiting emails
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing methods
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintain candidate databases via an applicant tracking system

• Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.
