As a Key Account Manager with Centri Consulting, your focus will be helping strategic clients realize value through acquisition and delivery of Centric's full breadth of services. Our Key Account Managers help our clients address some of their most complex business and technology challenges. This position requires a unique blend of delivery oversight, strong relationship management and account management account management skills combine with a collaborative team focused approach. The individual in this role must have an understanding of Centric's offerings and value propositions as well as the ability to work across a variety of industries. The Key Account Manager will develop long-term relationships with our clients and stakeholders to ensure unmatched experiences as a client.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of your client's organization priorities to:
- Establish collaborative, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrate company and industry knowledge
Bring the best of Centric to address the client's biggest opportunities
- Lead Strategic Account Planning demonstrating financial and business acumen, value analysis and opportunity insight
- Evaluate existing accounts to expand offerings as well as analyze competitors, recommend strategies, and lead proposals to gain net new business
- Jointly develop solutions with clients through the ability to influence decisions, co-create value propositions, and the demonstration of strong negotiation skills
- Drive discovery of new opportunities within multiple key accounts to significantly grow new revenue streams
- Own and further develop all key customer relationships, and drive follow on work, identify opportunities to introduce additional Centric products and services across multiple service offerings
- Demonstrate value to the customer by leading the creation of the solution proposal, business case, and contract win
- Ability to own the overall account and client relationship
- Serve as an escalation point for risk/issues related to the client
- Be accountable for business outcomes and team performance results
- Manage, execute, and collaborate with internal Centric teams and third parties in account administration activities such as project setup, talent acquisition & staffing, approval of account time and expenses, billing and account receivable, etc.
- Maintain alignment to the Centric mission to create unmatched experiences for our clients and employees.

Demonstrate multi-functional account team leadership through interpersonal relationship skills, Centric account and delivery team leadership, alignment to Centric and client culture
Who You Are:
- Demonstrates a track record of successfully developing and growing multiple large and complex accounts
- Ability to set an account strategy and goals and provide the leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals
- Builds trust and has the client's best interest at heart
- Ability to provide true thought leadership and understanding of clients' industries and market to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solutions
- Executive-leve communication, both internal and customer facing
- Strong focus in all areas of delivery, relationship management and the identification of opportunities and risks
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in account management roles
- Must be willing to travel as required by the client
- Proven ability to deliver unmatched client experiences
