<strong>OPEN POSITION & SCHEDULE</strong> </div><div>We have an immediate need for a high-energy, hyper-organized, passionate Sales Associate to join our Stone Ridge location. As the Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming first impression for families coming into the Center. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and a passion to drive growth. This person must pose a high caliber approach to organization and be a self-motivator that is hungry to meet and beat goals. </div><div> </div><div><strong>SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></div><ul>
<li>Giving tours and creating a welcoming first impression for families.</li>
<li>Calling, texting, and emailing leads to schedule trial classes.</li>
<li>Following up with families after trials and converting them into memberships.</li>
<li>Explaining the KidStrong program and answering parent questions.</li>
<li>Managing leads and member information in CRM systems like GloFox.</li>
<li>Supporting member retention and maintaining relationships with families.</li>
<li>Assisting with front desk operations and customer service.</li>
<li>Representing KidStrong at community events, schools, and local partnerships.</li>
<li>Collaborating with coaches and leadership to deliver a strong member experience.</li>
<li>Works closely with the KidStrong General Manager to ensure that the staff and Center are looked after. </li>
<li>Builds and maintains KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization. </li>
<li>Communicate with staff for all trials and anything they need to know about the members. </li>
<li>Follows KidStrong corporate policies, guidelines, systems and processes. </li>
<li>Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, and change requests. </li>
<li>Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service. </li>
<li>Provides effective decision-making regarding customer service issues. </li>

<strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred </li>
<li>Strong sales mentality and comfortability with sales efforts </li>
<li>Associate or bachelor's degree preferred </li>
<li>Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings during the week (4p-730p) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning 9a-230p). </li>
<li>Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process. </li>
<li>Understanding of all performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, etc. </li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence. </li>
<li>Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor. </li>
<li>Practical work experience using Microsoft Office products as well as G-Suite </li>
<li>Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred. </li>
<li>Required to work at least three (3) weekday nights and at least one (1) weekend day </li>
