Location: Fayetteville, AR, 72703
Job Summary:
The Kitchen Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. The Kitchen Lead will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to company standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and training
- Ensure all food is prepared to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
