Bachelor's in biological/clinical laboratory science with 30 hours in microbiology/biology; 5–7 years lab experience with 2 years supervisory experience; desirable MT/MLT/ASCP, TCEQ/NELAC/DSHS certifications; Class C driver license; familiarity with CLIA, NELAC, OSHA, HIPAA.
