Laborer (Stocker) - Ellsworth AFB EXchange

Ready to join a team that keeps the mission moving? The Exchange Main Store is looking for motivated Stocker/Laborer to help keep our shelves full and our customers smiling. If you’re energetic, dependable, and love staying active, this is your moment. In this role, you’ll help keep our store running smoothly by ensuring merchandise is unloaded, organized, stocked, and ready for our customers. You’ll also support store cleanliness and provide friendly, helpful service that enhances every customer’s shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

• Follow Safety Standards — Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety and operational procedures.

• Deliver Great Customer Service — Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products.

• Stock Merchandise — Unload trucks, break down pallets, move product to the sales floor, and stock shelves accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain Store Cleanliness — Assist with general cleaning and minor facility upkeep inside and outside the store.

• Support Other Departments — Cross‑train and help in other areas as needed to support store operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology

• Friendly, helpful attitude with strong communication skills

• Ability to think quickly and take initiative

• Basic computer skills

• Weekend availability preferred

• Must be 21 years old and available between 0730–1830

Regular Part Time

Education: High school or equivalent. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis.

Takes merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. Displays and replenishes merchandise in a neat and presentable fashion in accordance with instructions. Advises supervisor when damaged/defective merchandise is found. May price-mark merchandise, as required.
Moves merchandise to sales floor using hand, roller jack, pallet jack, dolly, or hand truck.
Cleans fixtures and removes boxes, trash, and excess merchandise from the sales floor.
May participate in taking inventory at required intervals.
Actively communicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star credit card to customers in order to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Performs other duties as assigned.
