This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

- Relationship Rock Star: Build lasting bonds with leisure guests, business travelers, SMERF groups, and more; lead engaging sales tours and treat clients to memorable experiences.
- Event Maestro: Orchestrate flawless event lists, banquet orders, and schedules with precision; be a standout player in the local community and industry gatherings.
- Service Enthusiast: Make every guest and team interaction upbeat, attentive, and professional; always hit the mark with company standards and catering stats.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous catering sales experience preferred.
- Creativity and food/beverage knowledge desired.
- Valid driver’s license for applicable state required.
- Developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate, sell, and influence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills.
