About this role
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; 12+ years in IC design, application, or ATE testing of VLSI; proficient with Advantest 93K ATE (SmarTest 7/8); strong debugging, communication, and collaboration; knowledge of DFT methods (SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, IOBIST).
