Lead Digital Product Analyst
In this role you’ll be embedded with digital product managers, helping decide what we build, who we target, and how we grow.
You’ll turn data into clear decisions that drive account growth, conversion, and customer engagement for millions of consumers across our digital banking experience.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with product managers to define problems, metrics, and priorities
- Analyze digital funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
- Lead deep-dive analyses across large datasets to find root causes and insights
- Deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations
- Define and evolve KPIs across the digital customer journey
- Improve how analytics is done—tools, methods, and standards
What You Bring
- Strong problem-solving mindset—you ask the right questions
- Experience working with large datasets (SQL required)
- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfort working in ambiguity and owning outcomes end-to-end
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions

- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematical disciplines, finance, economics, or other technical degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics/data analysis.
