Description & Requirements
We are seeking a results-focused Lead Generation and Ticket Sales Associate to join our team. As an integral part of the Bloomberg Live team, you will play a pivotal role in driving direct ticket sales for executive conferences in technology, entertainment, and finance and strong, qualified leads for potential event sponsorship.
We’ll trust you to:
Execute against commercial event strategy, ensuring consistent delivery against goals.
Effectively communicate each event's features, benefits, and unique selling points to demonstrate value to potential attendees, address inquiries and FAQs, and assist with ticket purchases.
Continuously assess and refine sales tactics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with teams in marketing, editorial, sales and production on campaigns.
Establish a strong pipeline of qualified event sponsorship leads through proactive identification and outreach to prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage pipeline
Stay informed about market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance to adapt sales strategies as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in corporate conferences, events, or entertainment, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in using CRM software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of corporate subject matters, such as entertainment, technology and finance is a plus

Description & Requirements
Salary Range = 34 - 37 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
