As a **lead instructional designer**, you’ll design and develop leadership development experiences that build critical leadership competencies across Claims. This role partners closely with Leadership Development Consultants, business leaders and subject matter experts to create scalable, learner-centered solutions that support leader growth through formal learning, reinforcement, coaching, and performance support. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with experience building leadership development journeys, leveraging emerging technologies, and driving learning innovation.

**This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.**

**Must-have qualifications**

• A minimum of 6 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives

**Preferred skills**

• Designing leadership development, management development, or professional skills learning programs.
• Using instructional design and content development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
• Designing multi-touch learning journeys that include formal training, reinforcement, coaching, performance support, or continuous learning components.
• Leveraging AI-enabled tools or emerging learning technologies to enhance instructional design, content development, or learner experiences.
• Leading large-scale instructional design standards, governance, curriculum frameworks, or learning capability-building initiatives

**Compensation**

• $81,400 - $108,500/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
