Review suspects and prep notes with key information required for providers to make an informed medical decision regarding the clinical diagnosis

 

Review suspects in not addressed or follow up status from prior day’s visits to ensure appropriate action has been taken to accurately address the patient’s clinical conditions. Communicate with the center teams to identify and mitigate when the appropriate action has not been taken.

Review previously documented and positive suspects for new care teams taking on old panels to ensure accurate and specific documentation in a timely manner. 

Review all follow-up actions for suspects and ensure completion in alignment with clinical guidelines, which can include amending notes for positive suspects after provider confirmation.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
