As a **lead legal process consultant**on our Corporate Legal team,you’ll solve problems, design, and implement solutions that result in employee-centric, business viable, and technically feasible outcomes. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business partners to enhance transactional and litigation processes. You’ll prioritize initiating, designing, leading, and implementing legal department improvements to ensure seamless adoption. You’ll also design modern processes with new systems and technology in mind.
This is a remote position for US-based work with occasional trips to our corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH, for project work as needed and quarterly meetings.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.).
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 10 years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.).
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated experience implementing legal process improvements.
- Experience implementing new legal technological solutions, such as ServiceNow and TeamConnect, with project management.
- Ability to apply Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies in process improvements and managing projects.
- Familiarity with business and design planning frameworks, focused on problem framing in complex environments.
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
Compensation
- $89,600 - $119,500/ year
- Gainshare cash incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
