Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead products from concept through development, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring strong execution, performance, and seamless transitions. Manage budgets, capital funding, and cross-functional delivery.
Requirements & Business Case Development: Translate customer and technical needs into product designs, business cases, and detailed requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) to guide development and prioritization.
Market & Competitive Insight: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer segments, revenue opportunities, and product enhancements.
Roadmap & Performance Management: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, documentation, and performance reporting to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with technology, UX, marketing, pricing, legal, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Influence pricing strategies and negotiate with partners to optimize cost structure and capabilities.
Ideal Experience & Skills
5+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in technology, finance, or telecom
Proven ability to own product strategy, P&L, and business case development
Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing, financial modeling, and performance tracking
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Ability to translate complex customer and technical requirements into scalable solutions
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
Bachelor’s degree desired
