Lead Slot Technician

The Lead Slot Technician is responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all slot machines and participates in the movement of any slot-related equipment.  Provides coordination and work direction of the Slot Technicians.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

• Responsible for the coordination of all Slot Technicians on assigned shift by assigning responsibilities and duties and assisting them as necessary.
• Makes recommendations and suggestions to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign, and discipline all Slot Technicians on assigned shift in a fair and equitable manner.

• Responsible for the training and development of Slot Technicians. 

• Assists in troubleshooting various slot machine problems and malfunctions. 

• Creates and maintains required documentation of slot moves, maintenance and repair logs, purchase orders, and requisitions for slot machine parts and supplies. 

• Ensures proper appearance and operation of slot equipment while maintaining compliance with all state laws, regulations and company internal policies regarding gaming devices.

• Responsible for reviewing reports and statistical data, for malfunctions or other problems, and implementing appropriate maintenance and repair lists.

• Responsible for learning patron alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.

• Plans, organizes, and completes work timely.

• Takes initiative, shows ownership, and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.

• Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
