As a Leader at Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in creating a remarkable experience for both guests and team members. Leaders are responsible for coaching and developing others, driving operational excellence, and cultivating a culture rooted in service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This position requires individuals who lead by example, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Leaders are expected to make sound decisions, solve problems proactively, and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, hospitality, and operational execution.
