About this role
Bachelor's in engineering/logistics/technical required (MBA preferred). 10+ years Lean leadership, 5+ years people management, 5+ years managing large-scale initiatives. Must be Lean expert or Six Sigma Black Belt. PMP/Change Management/Scrum Master preferred. Ability to travel 20–50%.
