Learning & Development Coordinator (90-Day Contract)
Make an Immediate Impact on Leadership Development
Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team on a 90-day contract assignment. This role will provide critical operational support to our Learning & Organization Development team, helping execute leadership development programs that support the growth and success of our leaders across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a learning professional who enjoys managing programs, coordinating training initiatives, and supporting employee development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of leadership and emerging leader development programs by:
Coordinating program logistics, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and training materials
Supporting administration of the Litmos Learning Management System, including completion reporting and learner communications
Maintaining learning calendars, resources, and program documentation
Tracking participation and learning metrics and preparing reports for stakeholders
Assisting with the organization and distribution of learning materials and assets
Providing day-to-day operational support to the Learning & Organization Development team
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning operations, program administration, or a related field
Experience working with a Learning Management System (Litmos preferred)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Passion for learning, development, and creating exceptional employee experiences
