About this role
Perform leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals; greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, prepare leases, use OneSite/Yardi, and maintain show-ready units. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and on-call.
