Licensed Insurance Producer

Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual in Enid to join our team. This includes a structured and bonused opportunity designed for professional growth within the insurance industry. In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced agent and receive hands-on training while progressing through key milestones that support long-term career development within the Farmers network.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check

• Must obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Must obtain an Oklahoma Life & Health Insurance License

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a professional and entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment

• Desire to develop sales, leadership, and business management skills

• Develop relationships with clients and prospects to provide insurance solutions

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting

• Quote and sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage

• Assist with policy reviews and customer service to maintain strong client relationships

• Learn the operational and leadership aspects of running an insurance agency

• Work closely with an experienced agency owner for training and mentorship

• Build a strong foundation for future agency ownership
