Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work toward activity and production goals
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday in Dallas

- Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, and Specialty insurance policies
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Cross-sell and round out accounts
- Follow up consistently and maintain a strong pipeline
- Deliver a consultative, professional sales experience
- Track activity, production, and goals
