Lobby Greeter - Guest Relations (Part-Time)

We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our Guest Relations team as a Lobby Greeter. As a Lobby Greeter, you will serve as a hotel ambassador, providing exceptional guest service, sharing general hotel and local area knowledge, and directing lobby visitors. - Manage guest traffic throughout the lobby in a balanced and organized manner to minimize wait times.
- Maintain cleanliness in the lobby area and coordinate opportunities with appropriate departments.
- Observe lobby activity diligently and communicate with security when necessary.
- Direct guest complaints and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests and share information about the hotel's history and services.
