Job Description
You will be the Low Observables Control Account Manager for the Signature Management & Survivability Team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge survivability solutions on classified ISR & UAS programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Low Observables Control Account Manager you will be responsible for steering contract execution, budget integrity, and risk insight for the Survivability Integrated Product Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE’s) and maintain a budget baseline across multiple job functions within the Survivability organization.
- Align contracts, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate regularly with Signature Integration, Low Observables Materials, Electromagnetics Design, Hardware, and Supportable Low Observables teams to review actuals and staffing levels.
- Partner with LM Program Management and Finance to baseline and execute budgets in accordance with contract awards.
- Brief Senior Program and Signature Management leadership on contractual scope and financial considerations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications
-Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
-Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
-Proficient in briefing Senior Leadership.
-Experience working budgets and contracts as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
-Experience working proposals and writing Basis of Estimates (BOE)
-Excellent communication skills

- Previous experience in low observables (LO), survivability, or susceptibility
- Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification
- Prior contracts or finance background
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to drive cross functional collaboration and influence stakeholders
- Expert using financial planning tools including APTS, ROADS and Vemo

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
