External Job Description and Responsibilities
Are you an LPN or Paramedic who is passionate about a vast array of medical pathology that you may not see in a typical healthcare setting?
Enjoy providing evidence-based care, addressing needs not wants, while experiencing a large degree of medical autonomy. Because the population you will be providing intentional care for lack ordinary access to medical care, work is socially meaningful and impactful to a deeper level. The environment you will work in is safer than most healthcare settings as safety and security takes precedence.
In this role, you will be free from coding, billing, insurance, satisfaction surveys, ICD-10 and DRGS. While you will be on call, it is very rare that this requires going in unless to set up a life-sustaining medication. In this role, you will enjoy 8 paid off holidays.
