Machine Learning and AI Developer

5+ years ML engineering or AI R&D; 3+ years fine-tuning LLMs on cloud (Vertex AI preferred); 2+ years building agentic AI with LangChain/LangGraph; 4+ years Python/ML tooling (Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow/Vertex AI Experiments); 3+ years designing/evaluating LLM outputs; 5+ years MLOps on GCP; 4+ years in regulated/IP-sensitive environments; strong communication skills.
