Maintenance Assistant

Birchview Memory Care located in the beautiful Sedro-Woolley, WA is looking for an important team member to fill the position of Maintenance Assistant. Birchview can care for up to 62 residents all with memory care needs. It's beautiful location and a mostly renovated property makes a perfect time to come aboard. The ideal candidate would have a desire to work serving seniors and to be part of a positive team!

Basic duties include, but are not limited to knowledge and ability to learn about plant and operations under the direction of the Maintenance Director, apartment turn over to include wall repair/painting, light fixtures, etc...General understanding and practical knowledge of light carpentry is a plus!
