Kettle Park Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Stoughton Road (HWY 51), in Stoughton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Kettle Park provides a stable leadership team and welcoming staff!
Shifts: Full-time, Manager on Duty rotation and on call for building
Wage: $28-33/Hr

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:
- Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.

Coordinates audits and inspections for safety and facilities readiness
- Manages staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and corrective actions

Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
- Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
- Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
- Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
- Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or manager, preferably in property management.
- Experience in health care is preferred (3-5 years)
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
- Valid Driver's License
