About this role
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience; experience in property/building maintenance; EPA Type I/II or Universal if working on sealed HVAC; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work inside/outside, perform preventative maintenance, and supervise maintenance activities.
