About this role
Experience in property/building maintenance or trade, high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification if working on sealed HVAC, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, ability to work indoors/outdoors and participate in on-call rotation, proficiency with basic computer programs and property management systems.
