About this role
High school diploma or equivalent, experience in property/building maintenance, EPA Type I/II or Universal if working on sealed HVAC, valid driver’s license, hand tool proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, basic computer proficiency and customer service skills.
