About this role
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience, property/building maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal if working on sealed HVAC, valid driver’s license if required, hand tool proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, OSHA/MSDS and safety compliance, basic computer and property management system proficiency.
