About this role
Essential Function 1: Basic Electrical and AC Maintenance
- Assist with routine maintenance of electrical and HVAC systems in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform basic servicing of air-conditioning units, including cleaning filters, coils, surrounding areas, and other upkeep tasks.
- Support minor repairs and installations as directed by senior technicians
- Report observed faults, unusual conditions, or safety concerns promptly to supervisor or senior technicians.
Essential Function 2: Assistance with Troubleshooting and Repairs
- Assist senior technicians in identifying electrical and HVAC system issues
- Perform simple repairs and component replacement as directed
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably
Essential Function 3: Preventive Maintenance and Record Support
- Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance activities for electrical and HVAC equipment
- Help update maintenance logs, service checklist, and basic inventory records
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
Essential Function 4: Team & Operational Support
- Respond to service requests as assigned by supervisors or senior technicians
- Support Maintenance Technician ll & lll staff during projects and routine work
- Assist other maintenance trades during peak workloads or emergencies as directed
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support physical Plant operations
