·       Required High School Diploma or GED + experience working in a manufacturing environment and general mechanical/electrical understanding. 

·       Indirect relevant experience: working towards a related degree or certification

·       Must be a Multi-Craft Maintenance Tech team member with at least 90 days of service and be in good standing to be eligible (no corrective actions or attendance issues above written warning)

·       Candidate must have Maintenance knowledge and experience performing repair work including necessary disassembly

·       Interact with and support associates within assigned Maintenance areas

·       Procurement of operative materials, equipment, and training providers

·       All other duties as required to support business needs

·       Basic computer skills required
