About this role
Perform unit make-ready repairs, touch-up painting, caulking/sealing, sheetrock repair, grounds upkeep, complete checklists and maintenance documentation, follow safety protocols, and provide resident-focused service. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance; flexible schedule including on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays.
