Duties
You will serve as the lead for coordinating training program assignments for student personnel, ensuring training needs are aligned with organizational goals.,You will organize class schedules, rosters, and quota reports from various training management systems,You will oversee the administration of required tests, ensuring scheduling, test distribution, and processing of results.,You will coordinate and manage documentation related to training program status, including dis-enrollments, re-scheduling, early completions, and waivers.,You will provide regular updates on personnel progress to leadership.,You will administer and proctor tests for student personnel,You will produce regular statistical reports on training outcomes, enrollment data, and program efficiency.,You will provide analysis and briefings to key stakeholders within the organization.,You will provide training program information to external stakeholders such as recruiters, potential recruits, and other parties.,You will respond to inquiries and ensure clarity regarding training program requirements and processes.,You will coordinate and manage official travel for training participants, ensuring compliance with policies, booking, modifications, and travel reimbursements.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Managing and organizing training reservations, class schedules, rosters, and quota reports utilizing various network and management systems (e.g., ATRRS, CETARS, Microsoft Access); 2) Collaborating with personnel management teams and career counselors to facilitate personnel transfers and post-training actions; 3) Coordinating with training entities to ensure test administration is conducted in compliance with relevant policies; and 4) Serving as a Non-DTS Entry Agent (NDEA) to manage travel logistics, track expenditures, and forecast projected travel funding. Education
