Make a Difference
The Manager ACO Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration of our Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). In this role, you will serve as the operational lead for ACO participation, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements while supporting provider engagement, governance activities, and program success.
What You’ll Do
- Manage ACO operations and maintain compliance with CMS and Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) requirements.
- Oversee provider and participant rosters, contract collection, submissions, and annual CMS updates.
- Maintain ACO systems, portals, and databases to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
- Coordinate Board and committee activities, including meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and serve as a key point of contact for CMS-related communications.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Quality, Finance, Business Intelligence, IT, and participating providers to support ACO goals.
- Track operational and performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide education and guidance on ACO processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Master’s Degree is preferred.
- 1 (one) or more years of experience with CMS programs, provider network management, or contract administration is preferred.
- 3 (three) or more years of experience in healthcare program management, ACO operations or compliance-related roles are required.
- 5 (five) or more years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of ACOs, CMS regulations, Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and healthcare data systems.
