Purpose: The AI Enablement Specialist is a critical role within HR Product Delivery team, shaping how artificial intelligence and automation are designed, implemented, and scaled across HR workflows. This role will partner closely with HR SMEs, product owners, technology teams, and external partners to translate business needs into practical, responsible, and value‑driven AI solutions. The work directly supports Johnson & Johnson’s vision of delivering digital‑first, employee‑centric experiences
You will be responsible for:
Solution design and Delivery
Translate Employee experience business needs into clear AI and/or Automation use cases
Lead the design and enablement of AI and automation solutions across end‑to‑end HR workflows (e.g., inquiry services on HR, transacting capabilities such as personal data management and work force transitions, automation of work)
Lead testing, validation, and performance monitoring of solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement
Drive operational readiness of capabilities, including process integration, controls, change management, and support model
Stay current on emerging AI and automation trends relevant to HR and employee services
Cross functional partnership Team leadership and Governance
Influence and adopt standards, guardrails and best practices for responsible AI use within HR, aligned to Johnson & Johnson policies
Enable HR teams through training, and adoption support to maximize value realization
Partner with HR product owners, IT, data science, and vendors to implement AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant.
Ensure strong alignment between workflow design, product backlogs, and change/adoption plans
Qualifications / Requirements:
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Systems Design or Engineering
Required Years of Related Experience: 5 years of digital enablement experience
Required Years of People Management Experience: 10 years
Required Skills:
Deep experience in solution design within complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of current technologies in AI and Automation.
Proven ability to design end‑to‑end experiences across multiple systems and teams.
Experience leading teams and influencing without direct authority.
Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, structured designs.
Leading global teams with cross functional competencies directly and indirectly
Ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts and technology to senior executives
5-10% Domestic and International travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
