Reporting to the Change Deployment & Adoption Lead, this role translates enterprise change strategy into practical, audience-specific activation plans – building trust with end users, enabling behavior change, and measuring adoption outcomes at the product level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product-Level Change & Adoption Execution

- Maintain a structured view of stakeholder readiness and continuously update engagement plans based on evolving product and audience needs
2. Training Design & Delivery
- Manage training content lifecycle for assigned products, including version control and refresh triggers tied to product updates
- Track training effectiveness metrics (completion rates, proficiency assessments, post-training adoption lift) and use insights to continuously improve content
- Coordinate training delivery sequencing with product launch milestones and activation schedules
- Partner with the Content Adoption & Experience Lead to ensure training materials meet quality and consistency standards
3. Adoption Measurement & Reporting
- Track and analyze adoption metrics and engagement data for assigned product(s), translating findings into actionable insights
- Prepare regular status updates, adoption dashboards, and stakeholder reports for the Change Deployment & Adoption Lead and product teams
- Proactively surface adoption risks, lessons learned, and recommendations that can improve activation for current and future programs
- Contribute product-level insights to the enterprise-wide adoption measurement framework
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted working relationships with product owners, commercial leads, HR business partners, and end users within the assigned audience segment
- Develop and deliver audience-specific communication materials that build awareness and confidence in AI tools
- Support the broader AI Speaker Series program (Conversations in AI) as needed, including logistics coordination and content preparation
- Represent the adoption function in product team meetings and cross-functional working groups
Basic Qualifications
