We are seeking a distinguished RN leader to serve as the Manager of Emergency Services. In our Emergency Department, we prioritize an exceptional balance of high-acuity clinical excellence and a deeply rooted culture of professional camaraderie. How you’ll contribute
A ED Manager who excels in this role:
Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.
Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a current Arizona RN license and possess a Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Education: Master’s degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred
Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care within 6 months of hire/transfer
Experience: Emergency Department nursing required. Proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department preferred.
