As a Manager in Training (MIT), you'll partner with experienced General Managers to develop the leadership, operational, and business skills needed to successfully lead a retail location. This program is designed for motivated professionals who are ready to grow into future management opportunities.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Business Performance

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate team members to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Support the execution of company sales initiatives and promotions.

Recruit, Develop & Retain Talent

• Participate in interviewing and hiring top-performing sales professionals.
• Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and growth.

Support Store Operations

• Ensure the sales floor is organized, fully stocked, and customer-ready.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, product displays, and deliveries.
• Support scheduling, cash handling, operational compliance, and company policies.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Provide outstanding service to every customer, both in-store and through digital channels.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business.
• Use customer feedback to improve store performance and service.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• A results-driven leader with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of store operations and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance goals.
• Experience coaching, developing, or mentoring employees is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
