What We Offer:

The Physician-to-Physician (P2P) Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen relationships with referring clinicians, grow physician referrals and support service line growth across Novant Health. This role serves as the strategic marketing lead for physician engagement initiatives, partnering closely with institute leadership, physician enterprise stakeholders, business development, clinical operations and specialty service lines to improve referral access, awareness and physician loyalty.

 

The P2P Marketing Manager leads integrated, digital-first campaigns designed to engage external and affiliated physicians, advanced practice providers and referral influencers through targeted communications, thought leadership, digital marketing and physician-focused content strategies. This includes oversight of physician referral marketing channels such as email, digital media, referral hub webpages, physician network partnerships, thought leadership content and physician engagement platforms.

 

This is a full time, Remote position. Preference will be given to candidates located in North Carolina. 

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in brand management or marketing, marketing analytics or insights, or creative or media agency environments, including 1–2 years of experience in a people or project leadership role, required.
  • Additional Skills Required: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Proven expertise with Excel and PowerPoint tools.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with various levels and business functions within the organization.
     
What You'll Do:

Success in this role requires strong strategic marketing and digital marketing expertise, including experience developing audience-driven campaigns, optimizing performance across digital channels and translating marketing analytics into business action. The ideal candidate understands how to leverage physician-targeted media, digital engagement strategies, audience segmentation and performance optimization to influence referral behavior and measurable growth outcomes. Success in this role also requires a balance of strategy, execution, relationship management, analytics and healthcare market knowledge, with a strong emphasis on measurable business outcomes including referral growth, appointment conversion and downstream revenue impact.
